This group is for anyone looking for a way to release the the physical and mental stress from their day, as well as deal with it as it comes. The tension and dis-ease created in our bodies can accumulate and cause pain, fatigue, depression and much more. As well as depletes energy we could be using for other things. In the first 30 min of class, you will learn how to use your breathing to deal with mental and emotional stress as it comes up in a dynamic way. While you do this, you will be letting go of held tension in your body. For the rest of the class you will learn how to tap into your autonomic nervous system (the part of the nervous system that you can not consciously control) to release deeper tension and stress patterns.
