What we're about

This group is intended for anyone who wishes to make a positive change in their life. It will focus on identifying the limiting beliefs which prevents us from achieving our full potential. Certain techniques such as affirmation, visualization and mirror work is used to change our old beliefs. The group will provide a supportive environment for positive change. The group is structured based on a 10 session programme.
