Come along to a series of group healing sessions where you'll learn how to switch off from the go, go, go of your day to day world enabling you to home in and reconnect with yourself, reintegrating with your true desires, while reinforcing that feel good feeling and sense of calm. You'll learn how to use different techniques to support yourself in our busy thriving world, understanding how to use the power of your mind, imagination and intention to support you through all of your endeavors just by learning to play and have fun with it. As you are welcomed into a calm, relaxed and playful environment, we'll begin to explore the healing mediums of meditation, mindfulness, energy work and NLP, enhancing your awareness and allowing you to access techniques which you can use to support and enrich your daily life.
