New Mama's Circle

• What we'll do
Circle together during this tender time alongside a tribe of new mamas. Make new community, see others and be seen. This circle is a six-week weekly circle where we share and connect in all that arises in being a new parent and mother. Sessions are facilitated with themes to allow for deeper understanding, mindfulness, sharing, listening, and connection. We will honor the wide range of emotions, feelings, and fears that may arise. Mothers welcome to attend with babies (pre-crawling). The cost of the six-week session is $180 paid at enrollment.

• What to bring
Please bring a snack and a notebook for journaling. Water and tea will be provided.
