Join us for a FREE Community Yoga class and Meditation at the Mt. Pleasant Library on the 1st Tuesday each month Jan-June!
This is an open class - available to everyone - whether you are are new to yoga or experienced, or just curious about exploring. We will explore yogic breathing (pranayama), asana sequences (yoga poses to strengthen and engage the body), mindfulness, and meditation practices.
One hour of vinyasa yoga followed by 30 minutes of guided meditation.
Please bring your own mat, if you have one, and water for hydrating.
