This free health and happiness workshop will combine simple yoga stretches with breathing techniques and meditation to release stress and increase vitality. How do we eliminate stress and tell the mind to relax? The breath is an important link between the mind and the body. There are specific breathing techniques and patterns that bring about deep relaxation in our cells and reduction in stress at a deep physiological level. This helps increase productivity and efficiency. As a result of these techniques, millions all over the world have experienced a more genial work environment, better interpersonal relations and fulfilling family lives. Learning breathing techniques allows us to dissolve stress and negative emotions, calm the mind, uplift our energy and go deeper into meditation.
