"The Journey to Health and Healing" meetup has been created to support anyone who identifies with the above scenario, and is looking to learn tools to rise above these unhealthy patterns, by actively engaging the mind-body to work in harmony with each other, promoting optimal state of health, well-being, and freedom.
This group is designed to have both group and private meetings, to take full advantage of a group dynamic where you are joined with like-minded individuals to learn and achieve your healing goals, as well as personal session at Jessica Lin Mind-Body Healing & Coaching, to receive full support in the areas of anxiety and stress relief, overcome depression, heal PTSD, addictions, and much more.
We use evidence and scientifically-based mind-body healing techniques such as advanced hypnotherapy, powerful hypnotic meditation, Tension & Trauma Release Exercises (TRE), and Reconnective Healing to help achieving your health and healing goals.
