Welcome,I am a Transformation Coach and I have created this workshop for busy moms who want to make changes in their lives, but do not necessarily know where to begin. I help women live energized, fulfilled, ignited, and empowered lives. We as women, take care of ourselves in our twenties. Fast forward to having children…you have sleepless nights, are a multi-tasking machine, care for a family and a busy household, and have a huge to do list. As we get into our thirties and forties, we have a lot of things to manage. As we gain more responsibility, we begin to take on too much, rush around, and neglect our health, energy, and vitality. We get busy with life, settle into daily routines, lose balance, and forget about self-care, little by little, until we forget about it all together. We stop caring for ourselves and then expect to still do it all…and we usually do. At some point, we have an empty tank, but we further deplete our reserves and start over the next day. Days, weeks, months, and years pass. This lifestyle becomes a chronic problem and robs us of our health, vitality, balance, and purpose. It can be next to impossible to take care of ourselves, our stress, our health, and our vitality with everything we have to do in a day. There is never enough time so we neglect more of our lives until our present life no longer resembles the life we planned. This takes away our ability to feel fully alive, in the present moment, and thriving. We give up, give in, accept our current reality, and just “get by” doing our day-to-day routine. We believe this is all we can hope for because we see our peers living the same life. We turn a blind eye, tune out of the possibility to have the life of our dreams, and accept our current reality. We do not have to settle for that life. We can make choices about how healthy and energetic we feel every day. Instead of feeling depleted, empty, and on overdrive, we can feel rested, balanced, truly alive, and on purpose. How well we take care of ourselves will directly determine how we feel. I know you are busy, take care of your family, and have a lot to manage. This program makes small, significant and steady changes in your mind, body, and spirit so you feel ignited, empowered, energized, healthy, and emotionally fulfilled. You will get straight talk from someone who has been a busy working mom for over 16 years. I know what you are going through. Let’s leave perfection at the door. You don’t need to be perfect here. We are going to go for effort, not perfection. We will stay committed to making small, but significant changes and build a plan to see where your life is now and to consciously decide what you want it to look like. Change takes time and I do not want you to get discouraged so this is a step-by-step process. I will help you relearn how to take care of yourself again so you feel better physically, have more energy and vitality, have more focus and concentration, feel better emotionally, and feel more balanced and grounded. Change is possible and probable when we get very determined and specific about our challenges and goals and then set a course in motion that feed those changes. If you get stuck in any part of the program, I am available. We can do one or a few sessions or we can meet (via telephone) for weekly, bi-monthly or monthly sessions to keep you on track if get stuck. My number one goal is for you to be successful and finish the program to reclaim your health, vitality, and energy. The program is broken down into easy to use, manageable components, which are purposeful and action-oriented to make quick, effective, and easy changes. I know you are busy and I take that into account with this program. I did the background work and research and you commit to taking the steps. You can choose what works for you and toss what does not work for you. The solutions are right at your fingertips and you can make changes at your own pace. I will email you one lesson per week so you can completely focus on one week’s worth of information at a time. I have a suggested timeline, but take it at a pace that is comfortable for you. I know you have limited time so we are going for solid results. By taking the time and energy to do these important things in your life, you are doing more, but you are being selective and adding tasks to your to do list that make huge changes to improve your well-being, physical health, emotions, and energy levels. You actually feel better sharper, more in tune, more energized, and focused so it’s almost as if that hour gets absorbed into your day. Does that make sense?
