Qigong is an ancient practice that dates back at least 4,000 years. It is considered a cornerstone of Chinese Medicine and includes gentle physical movements, visualization and meditation. Spring Forest Qigong (SFQ), a modernized form of qigong, was created by International Qigong Master Chunyi Lin with a focus on gaining the greatest benefit in the shortest amount of time. Master Lin will be in Chicago on Saturday November 4th for a 1 day event that will serve as an opportunity to learn directly from the founder of Spring Forest Qigong, practie the SFQ 5 Element Healing movements, have your questions answered along with guided healing meditations where he will work on each participant.
