What we're about

We will be covering a variety of topics including how to feel your best (mind, body, spirit), weight loss, CBD's and the benefits, meditation, hormones. This group will be lead by Dr. Angie Cross. She is a Palmer graduate chiropractor with over 15 years of clinical experience, an acupuncturist, advanced hormone tester, and functional holistic doctor. I am also a Chopra certified meditation teacher, top leader and spokes doctor for a weight loss program, certified instructor for institute of eating psychology, wholistic wellness coach and author of YOUR TEMPLE book.
