During this time when we are avoiding contact lets get together "virtually" and share some things we do to keep our health and immunity tuned.
Fundamental Skills of Chen Taiji:
Loosen the body by relaxing the joints.
Develop or listen for an expanding outward supportive strength.
Keeping your posture upright and straight.
Being rooted in the earth.
Develop an awareness of spiraling energy.
These skills will be developed in our curriculum through:
Standing Meditation
Silk Reeling Exercises.
Ending class with 10 mins of an Immunity Boosting breathing technique.
Please join us Tuesday evenings to experience what this Soft form Chinese Martial Art has to offer to keep your body and mind healthy.
Get your laptop, phone or tablet and join us from a space you can make in your own home to work out.
Wear comfortable clothes, shoes not necessary. There is no special equipment needed to practice.
This is our normal Tuesday curriculum which is suited to beginners or drop-ins.
