Elisa Salamanca holds an engineering degree from the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole des Mines de Paris. She worked in the French Ministry of the Environment on industrial risk prevention and environmental health policies before joining Assistance Publique Hôpitaux de Paris (AP-HP) in 2017 as head of the French Rare Disease Databank.
AP-HP is the largest university hospital center in Europe. It has 39 hospitals located mostly in Paris’ area and treats more than 7 million patients per year. Elisa is now heading the data and digital innovation department notably in charge of the data analytics platform of the institution.
Nesrine is the founder and CEO of DrData, startup specialized in protection and valorization of health data.
Nesrine holds a law Ph.D specialized in Digital and Health law.
She is also certified in business administration, and Corporate Management from Paris Sorbonne, and in Disruptive Technologies and Public Policy from Public Affairs School of Sciences Po Paris. Recently, Nesrine has been certified Lead Implementer ISO 27001 – in Information security management and is currently doing a certificate in « Blockchain business application » at the MIT.
Before the creation of DrData, she worked in the medical device industry at Toshiba Medical France during several years. Following these, she co-founded a company to support her clients with their emerging technologies and healthcare projects.
Once she graduated, she built a brand new department in data protection within a legal firm specialized in legal structuring of public and private Health institutions.
Nesrine wrote numerous papers in diverse scientific journals : (Médecine & Droit, Journal du droit de la santé et de l’assurance maladie).
She is an associate member at the Institut Droit & Santé and seats at a Committee of experts of e-health and data protection for Manager santé.
She is a founder of a "think tank", a group that develops ideas and solutions for issues related to individuals’ health and their autonomy.
