I hope everyone is having a great 2019 so far!

This group is for those wanting to lose weight without taking supplements or dieting.
Instead we can take on the approach of changing your lifestyle of eating and working out to get the results you desire. It is also very empowering to work in a group, as this gives you an accountability partner to help you through your journey. Psychology has a lot to do with your weight loss results. I believe together as a group, we can come up with some good ways to help you to achieve the weight loss you desire (and it doesn't require pills or diets that promise rapid weight loss).

I was overweight years ago and have since lost weight and feel much healthier both mentally and physically. I am also a Health/Life Coach, and my goal is to help as many people as I can to live healthier as well. I will be there to help you to achieve your goals and problem solve along the way if you run into any road blocks. If you feel stress or doubt as we are moving towards your goal, we'll push past those obstacles together.

I am looking forward to working with all of you, and helping to make your goals a reality.
