This group will hopefully meet up a few times a week to exercise (all suggestions welcome!!) motivate each other, reach fitness goals, and hold each other accountable! I have some personal health goals (as I'm sure so many of us do!) and would love a group like this to help me to reach and accomplish them! I am by no means any kind of a fitness expert, I'm just a woman who recently turned 40 and am trying to fight nature at all costs and be healthy!!! Please join me!
