What we're about
As the seasons change, we begin to undergo a series of physical, mental, and emotional changes, sometimes accompanied by stress and illness. Traditional Chinese Medicine, in its understanding of change, has a long history of advising what we can do to prevent and ward off illness, with eating appropriate food being one of the first lines of defense. If our diet is in accordance with the season, and we enjoy and fully digest the food we eat, chances are we’ll stay healthy! This path of cooking is fun, enjoyable and gives us back more than we put in.
