This is a group for anyone interested in developing healthy habits in physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual areas. All skill levels are welcome – from anyone who would like to learn and implement a healthy eating lifestyle to those who consider themselves gurus in everyday living under the maximum possible potential.

I started this group to meet others interested in healthy nutrition, healthy daily habits, mindfulness, stress reduction, and maximizing physical, emotional, mental and spiritual potential. I would like to share my experience and knowledge as well as learn from you. I'm looking forward to meeting with everybody whose values resonate with mine.
