Description: This is a group for both the experienced and beginners who are transitioning into either a vegan or raw vegan lifestyle. We also welcome those who just want to add more delicious plants to their life or have more energy. And for those suffering from poor health or disease, this group's teachings are integral to regaining health, and we would be honored to have you join us. Our key focus is living and understanding what it means to be an optimally healthy and energized vegan, operating at high vibrational frequency. We address whole body wellness for body, mind & spirit. Please join us in a friendly, positive, and welcome environment, where you can just be yourself!
Topics Discussed: All topics pertaining to what it means to be a Healthy Raw Vegan, such as plant-based vegan and raw vegan (living food) lifestyles, food preparation, natural remedies, wellness and alternative medicine, quality herbs, supplements, wellness therapies, acute & chronic disease prevention and healing, mindset & brain training, brain health, spiritual wellbeing, living with high energy & vitality, therapeutic energy & body work, colon therapy, detoxification & cleansing methods, importance of deep relaxation, meditation, movement, and much more.
Activities: Wellness education/awareness, special guest talks, hands-on living food prep classes & demos, fun wellness-related games, inspiration, contests, movie nights, potlucks, retreats, celebrations, community, various other events and healthy activities. Group & professional support are also available.
Fee: None required to join us! Voluntary contributions are welcome to cover group expenses. Periodically, some events may incur a small, reasonable fee to attend. Also, we meet in a spa so sometimes mini spa & wellness services are available at a free or low fee.
