Very often, in spite of our success and drive, the noise in our head continues to lead us to self-sabotage, standing in the way of life's dream. This groups is for individuals who want to remain healthy in body and mind. During this hour, we discuss strategies that help with symptoms such as chronic fatigue, pain, weight-gain, loss of drive or relationship difficulties. We gain the knowledge and insight to understand our thoughts and emotions. Now, you can look forward to Mondays; a non-judgemental space to share your week's challenges, and walk away feeling good.
