This hangout is not just about weight loss but about off scale victories that will enable you to live your best life one healthy habit at a time. Open discussions, about topics such as self-confidence, setting goals, and living life to its fullest will have you experiencing Ah-Ha moments and excited to set goals for your healthier lifestyle. Join us for some coffee or tea, new friendships, a comfortable atmosphere, and fun.

Our Meetup's agenda: This month's focus is on topics prompted by Rachel Hollis' book, Girl Wash Your Face. *Be prepared to discuss chapters 1-7 (also available on audio) (However, you will easily be able to participate in the discussion without having read the book.) We spend the first half an hour meeting and greeting one another over a complimentary morning beverage. Beginning promptly at 11:00 am, the book chapters and relevant topics are discussed openly. We will empower one another by sharing what we know through personal experience, worth, and determination. Our purpose is to recognize our true selves and our personal potential in the life we live...after all, it's the only life we get!
