This is a 75 minute gentle Hatha yoga class with a focus on breath and the heart centre. This gentle practice will help calm your nervous system, help quiet the mind, and connect you to your breath and back to the natural state of your heart - open, loving and compassionate.
Let us not underestimate the power of our own practice to bring more peace and kindness to our communities. In Gandhi's famous words - Be the change you want to see in the world.
The practice ends with a loving-kindness meditation.
All are welcome. There is a suggested donation of $500/4 classes, or $200 for one class. But, nobody will be turned away for lack of funds. Pay what you can.
