Improvement - Deep-dive into the 4th quadrant

Improvement in teams requires understanding. What if your team is struggling to understand each other, or where dialogue may be toxic? How do you start the shift in performance where people may not get along? What is the first step in creating a system where improvement is part of the culture?

Constellations – Revealing the system to itself.

Each of us is a member of complex relationship systems - at work, at home and in our communities. Just as emotional intelligence is awareness of and control over our own emotions, and social intelligence is the ability to empathise and communicate with another individual, relationship systems intelligence is the ability to view a team or group as a unified whole and to work directly with that whole system rather than with a group of individuals.

Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) enables us to do just that. In this session, we will use a relationship systems coaching technique called Constellations to explore agile-related topics by listening to the ‘voice of the system’ which is created by everyone who attends the session.

For this Meetup we are going to be joined by Jasmine Hessel who will facilitate and show us the Constellations exercise - something you can learn and use with your own teams.
