A Virtual Sanctuary for Heart & Soul Connections -> Theme: What We Bargained For

Are you looking for a "virtual sanctuary" where you can connect with other hearts and souls during these strange times of social/physical distancing? Check out VIRTUAL SANCTUARIES, an established series of weekly gatherings created and facilitated by the founder of Heart & Soul Collaborations Meetup Group. VIRTUAL SANCTUARIES gatherings are facilitated group experiences in a virtual space. The purpose of the gatherings is to co-create a brave space that fosters meaningful heart and soul connections. Each gathering consists of a series of invitations.... the invitation to slow down, to reflect on "brave space", to check-in, to practice the art of listening/sharing from the heart, to explore a theme, to uncover wisdom in our individual and collective experience, to experiment with various forms of creative expression, etc. VIRTUAL SANCTUARIES Every Saturday On Zoom Start Time: 11:30 am EST End Time: 12:30 pm EST** **The gathering starts at 11:30 am EST and ends at 12:30 pm EST but those who would like to stay on for an additional 30 minutes are welcome to do so. The 30 minutes immediately following the gathering is an opportunity for participants to explore the theme more deeply and to process different relationships to the theme through independent reflection, creative expression, and more group sharing. =========================== THE GROUP AGREEMENTS: =========================== Those who chose to participate on any given Saturday are asked to respect the following group agreements (which can and will be revisited and/or adjusted by the group as needed): * Respect confidentiality – lessons and takeaways can leave the space; personal stories and person-identifying information stays in the space. * Recognize everything is an invitation – it’s okay to say/type “pass”. * Take (up) space & make space – make effort to ensure everyone has an opportunity to contribute and benefit from their participation. * Speak for yourself based on your own lived experiences; avoid generalizing or making assumptions. * Honor each other’s stories & journeys; trust that there is wisdom in those stories and journeys. * Celebrate our differences as much as our similarities we don’t have to be or think alike to show up for each other, support each other and show some love. * Practice radical inclusion – make time to say hello, goodbye, and thank you as people move in and out of our shared virtual space. ---------------------------------------------- Note: All of the VIRTUAL SANCTUARIES gatherings and the "deep dive" experiences that follow the gatherings will take place on Zoom and will be hosted/ facilitated by Elizabeth Jenkins-Sahlin, the founder and organizer of Heart & Soul Collaborations Meetup Group.
