About “Meditation and Dharma Talk”:
- We meditate together for twenty minutes then take a break and enjoy tea and conversation. The meditation begins with a few words of guidance from Dana Marsh. After the break Dana offers a 30 minute dharma talk. You can also speak with Dana one-on-one after the practice to get further instruction on your practice.
About “Simply Meditation”: Temporarily Suspended due to Covid-19
- Every Monday & Thursday evening the center is open for an hour of meditation from 6pm - 7pm. Come and sit with others and explore your inner world. There is no Dharma talk and no teacher for Simply Meditation. If you would prefer a shorter meditation feel free to step inside any time after 6pm, sit with us for as long as you feel comfortable, and leave at any time. We look forward to seeing you!
