The Compassion & Insight Center/Heart of the Dharma moved on April 16, 2014. We are now located off of Vista and Overland.

The practice is for those who are new to meditation as well as long time practitioners. Heart of the Dharma offers meditation and teachings to assist those who have an interest in overcoming their suffering and living with inner peace.
Dana Marsh, has spent many years meditating and studying the dharma. It was her great fortune to meet and study with Anam Thubten Rinpoche who embodies profound wisdom and compassion. She was ordained as a Dharma teacher and lineage holder by Anam Thubten Rinpoche. She conveys the Dharma by sharing the non-conceptual Prajnaparamita, transcendent wisdom teachings, pointing directly to the, heart of the matter. Dana encourages and guides others with love, humor, and devotion to the truth, to experience non-conceptual transcendent wisdom for themselves. Her teaching style is easy to relate to and contemporary, she invites everyone to see their own beautiful nature. She is the Spiritual Director of Heart of the Dharma, Inc. offering retreats, weekly meditation practices, the MERIT Program, and classes.
Suggested donation: $5.00. No one is turned away for lack of funds. We appreciate your generosity which helps to support the activities and expenses of Heart of the Dharma. Without your generosity we would be unable to host people in our beautiful space. Thank you in advance for your kindness. Everyone associated with Heart of the Dharma volunteers their time and efforts.
Although the RSVP's show only a few people attending (many don't RSVP), we normally have 50-90 people attend on Sundays, 35-50 on Tuesdays, and a few on Mondays & Thursdays. Please visit this wonderful group of practitioners.
