The Heartfulness Meditation (Natural Path) is a simple heart based meditation practice that fosters balance, peace and overall wellbeing. By tuning into our heart, we learn to regulate the mind and cultivate an inner knowing that wisely directs and guides our life. The introductory practices include a relaxation exercise and a Heartfulness Meditation. There are other core elemnets of the practice which support reaching the profound depths of meditation and achieving inner transformation.

More and more people across the globe are turning to meditation, realizing that in order to reach our full potential as complete, balanced human beings, our inner spiritual longings must be addressed along with the material demands of daily life. It is a simple way to open the heart, creating peace of mind, inner happiness and transformation.

People from all backgrounds, cultures and faiths benefit by practicing this modern-day form of raja yoga daily, finding that it brings positive change towards life. How to meditate? Gently Close your eyes and think of the source of light is already present with in your heart.

Personal meditation sessions are available, free of charge. If you would like to experience meditation with yogic transmission, with the aid of a trainer, email dayton.oh@heartfulness.org

We have two meditation centers. One at 3153 Lantz Rd Beavercreek, Oh 45432 and the other meditation center is in the mall at Fairfield commons in the Beavercreek, OH. You may look at our website to find the timings for these locations.

The Mall at Fairfield Commons

Come anytime between 5-8:30pm at the Heartfulness Center at the Mall at Fairfield Commons and experience a 7 min, 15 minute or 30 minute Guided Relaxation and Meditation session. All session free of charge by our all-volunteer organization. Donations welcome, but not mandatory, to support space rental costs.
