Heartfulness is a simple and practical way to experience the heart’s unlimited resources. Whether you are seeking relaxation, an individual meditation practice, or to connect with a community of like minded meditators, Heartfulness Cleveland welcomes you.
Heartfulness Meditation is an easy technique that you can use alongside of any other form of yoga, meditation or spiritual practice. In a few minutes, you will learn how to truly relax. You don’t need to know how to meditate or to believe in a particular system or philosophy.
All of our offerings are free as we are a global not-for-profit organization with the mission of uplifting the people of the communities we serve. As a reult of Covid, we are still only offering meditation sessions online through Zoom.
We offer a virtual Introduction to Heartfulness meditation session every week on Sundays at 11:30 AM. This session includes a short explanation, practical meditation experience and time for questions. If you have not experienced this heart-based method of meditating, it is recommended that you attend this session first.
All persons 18 and older are welcome, but ages 15 to 17 may join with approval by a parent.
