Heartfulness is a simple and practical approach to relaxation and meditation which is free and open to all. Meditation has been practiced for thousands of years and has many benefits such as improved health, a more balanced life, and an increase in focus and concentration.

Although many types of meditation practices are available, Heartfulness offers easy and free access to meditation in today's fast-paced life.

Heartfulness also includes the use of a subtle energy called 'Transmission' which can deepen, enhance and accelerate the effects and benefits of meditation, helping us to experience ourselves, and the world around us, in a different way.

Heartfulness is a simple and subtle practice of meditation that connects each of us with the light and love in our hearts.

In this Online session, Dr. Kamlesh D Patel (global guide of Heartfulness, a.k.a. Daaji) will guide us through this simple technique. This experiential session is open to everyone 16 years or older.

These session usually runs for 45 minutes; first 15 minutes includes 'about Heartfulness' + Guided Relaxation followed by experiential Meditation session. Hope you enjoy the condition which follows after few minutes of relaxation and quiet meditation.

There is no prerequisite, except that you find a place where you can sit comfortably with least disturbance.
