What we're about

Welcome to the Journey into the Heart!

Heartfulness Meditation is a simple and practical way to experience the heart’s unlimited resources. In Heartfulness sessions you will learn how to relax and feel the lightness and joy of your true nature. You don’t need to know how to meditate or to believe in a particular system or philosophy.

Whether you are seeking relaxation, an individual meditation practice, a way to alleviate stress or to explore the deepest connection to your inner being, Heartfulness-Victoria extends you a warm welcome! There is no fee to learn or practice this meditation method.

RSVP to join Meditation Mondays: three to four-week sessions on 'Getting to Know Your Inner Self', or try the meditation on your own by clicking on the international website link below.

Heartfulness Meditation sessions at the Yoga Den

Heartfulness Meditation is a way to access the infinite resources of the heart – the love, joy and fulfillment within. With a simple practice we experience the light and peace that is our essence. Meditation, apparently insignificant and passive, is a potent process. Through remembering and reconnecting with the source of light in our hearts, daily life assumes a balance and harmony that gives us inner contentment. A regular meditation practice can reduce stress, calm our minds, and improve the quality of our lives. You are invited to experience the effect for yourself. All over the age of 15 are welcome. Bolsters and chairs are provided, but you may want to bring your own. We start at 7 pm sharp with a short introduction followed by a 25-30 minute meditation. Register here or contact Elaine Rzemieniak [masked] if you have any questions.
