ABOUT HELLO HONG KONG MEETUP GROUP (Founded on 29 January 2012)
Hello and Welcome to Hong Kong, a city that never sleeps..... Hello Hong Kong Meetup Group
History of Hello Hong Kong Meetup Group:-
Our group was started by a few westerners who relocated to Hong Kong and want to explore this city during their leisure time. This group became active when a French girl helped to organize a lot of Meetups while she was residing in Hong Kong. In 2014 summer, the Group was taken over by a local girl who was a native here and take you to see the deeper side of Hong Kong. So don't tell us you can't contribute to our Group if you are not a native here; all we need from you are - curiosity, willing to contribute to our Group and wants to make new friends while you are residing in this fascinating city - Hong Kong, a city that never sleeps!!
What do we do?
Let's get to know Hong Kong better! Whether you are a local, an expat here for a few years, or just passing through ... feel free to join a group of like-minded people explore parts of this diverse city and its surrounds (i.e. Guangdong/Macau). We are a social activity group with a large variety of interests and activities. It could be a mountain trek, a beach BBQ, dinner, movie or and urban tour. It's up to you! "Creativity, uniqueness and exclusitivity" are what we are looking for in scheduling a Meetup. If you have an interesting idea and want to schedule a Meetup for socializing purposes and expanding your social network, you can post it up as a "Draft". Your draft Meetup will be reviewed by us and will approve it if this is appropriate for our Group.
