Harder, faster, longer without injury is what every high performance athlete wants. This group is for high performance athletes and other crazy mo-fo’s who want to train like freaks without risk of injury. People who are athletic and like to push their bodies to new heights should join this group. We will learn simple tips and techniques that help you recover from injury, increase mobility and prevent the risk of quitting cuz you suck ass! You will learn how to roll out problem areas and how to understand the connections in your body that make you prone to injuries. We will meet monthly to focus on a new area of the body or new techniques for achieving peak performance.
