You ready for the 10 mile hike? If you haven’t joined us before, You should be a 7 or 8 on a scale of 1-10 to tackle this 10 miler. Although we will hike at a more moderate pace than the normal cardio hike, it will still be very challenging. Bring plenty of water (the equivalent of 40-50 oz is good) and a bandana or towel to wipe the sweat. You should also bring some protein bars to powerup with during our breaks. We will have two 10 minute breaks. Our goal is to arrive at 7:25am to leave at exactly 7:30am. If you are running late, be sure to communicate that via the meetup app. We will not wait beyond 7:35 am. If you had rsvpd that you are going but decide that morning that you can’t make it, please have the courtesy to update your RSVP so we won’t be waiting for you. We will meet at the MADD Shelter at Murrel Park. For those who would like to socialize after the hike, we will lunch at Rockin S Bar n Grill at Murrell Park so don't forget cash or your credit card to enjoy a much deserved rest with the gang afterwards.
