Calling all Menopause and Perimenopausal women!
I started this group for all women who are going through this transition in their lives.
Typically, hormonal change can begin around your late 30's/ early 40's and this is the time when you may start experiencing hot flushes, night sweats,anxiety, insomnia, to name but a few symptoms.
While menopause is a perfectly natural part of a woman's life, the symptoms we suffer can be compounded by the stress we already have in our lives and that creates a vicious cycle.
