We'll be joining our friends at GO London for some festive drinks at Penderel's Oak in historic Holborn.

Sandwiched between the lovely Grays Inn and Lincoln's Inn Fields, the beautiful Inns of court, this ancient roman road was once home to more than 22 inns and taverns, many known for their bad behaviour and debauchery, most infamously Mother Clapp's molly house.
Most of the old pubs were lost in the blitz, but High Holborn still retains a few gems such as Alfred Waterhouse's Prudential Building and Stapel Inn (both near to chancery lane)
We'll be heading to Penderel's Oak. This delightful Weatherspoon's pub is named after the famous Oak tree (belonging to the Penderel family) in which Kings Charles II hid in when escaping the Roundheads in 1652.
We especially look forward to welcoming new members for some Christmassy drinks.
Nearest Station Holborn (please note Chancery Lane station is closed)
