Raspberry Pi:
This month we will be following on with the camJam kits: Part 2

Advanced build guide:
We will also have a introduction to building your own Amazon Alexa with a pi, microphone and speaker.
Microbit:
We will see further advancement on last months examples with the introduction of more sensors. Last month was LED's this month we will introduce a mini siren.
Scratch Coding:
For kids interested in coding this month will also see the introduction of scratch coding, we will have guides available to follow with help at hand.
To participate in this you will need a laptop with scratch. You can sign up here: https://scratch.mit.edu/
Part of the venue will have a show and tell area. If anyone wants to bring along some projects they are working on to show and get feedback, please let me know so I can organize space.
The meetup is scheduled for the first Saturday of every month going forward.
Notes to parents:
• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by a Parent/Guardian at all time.
• The child should Ideally have an interest in the subject matter and also a basic level of reading comprehension.
• In the interest of health and safety children are not permitted to be running at the venue.
• Please understand that projects on show are not toys and interaction should be done with care.
Photography:
Occasionally, we'll take group photos at the event for use on our website. Please notify us on arrival at the event if you do not wish to be photographed. We'll always ask permission when photographing individuals.
