You've joined the Jaycees. Or ... you are now ready to join this great young person's organization. What's a Jaycee and what do I do now?

Come out to Village Hall at 6:30 pm to attend a new member orientation. This is great for new members, members who haven't attended one or for people interested in learning more about the Jaycees.

We'd love it if you stayed for our monthly meeting at 7 pm too!

Come out to this meeting and find out what we're planning and what you can get involved in around the Community, Region, and State! Note: General Meetings are Free for the first visit.

After the meeting, consider joining us for our monthly dinner social!

From the Jaycees International web site:

We are a membership-based nonprofit organization of 200,000 young people ages 18 to 40 in 5,000 communities and more than 100 countries around the world. Each JCI Member shares the belief that in order to create lasting positive change, we must improve ourselves and the world around us. We seek targeted solutions to the unique problems in our communities to build a better world, creating global impact.

Want to learn more now?

More information about our local chapter can be found on our chapter web site ( You may also want to check out the Illinois Jaycees (, US Jaycees (, or Jaycees International ( to get a better feel for what we are about and what we do.
