Holacracy Meetup Berlin #1

Hi there!

Our next Holacracy Meetup will take place on October 25th! We hope to see as many of you as possible :)

The meetup is part of a self-organizing event series in Berlin that we will try to make happen once every month at Springest HQ in Berlin.

What will happen during this meetup? Besides drinking, chatting and snacking, we'll host 3 short talks on the topic of Holacracy & self-organization in practice. Talks will be held by:

• Ruben Timmerman (Founder Springest): what does 5 years of Holacracy mean to you as a company? How does it change what you do and who you are?
• Clara Eckert-Framm (Key Accounts, Facilitator and Rep Link at Springest): what does starting at a Holacratic organisation mean? What are the worries, the goods and the bads?
• Frederik Fleischmann (Wefox): a critical view on Holacracy: What can be different, should be adapted to your own situation? Why does Holacracy fail sometimes?
