We're super happy that the first Holacracy Meetup was a great success and that we were able to host all of you!
Our next Holacracy Meetup will take place on Wednesday, November 29! We hope to see as many of you as possible :)
The meetup is part of a self-organizing event series in Berlin that we will try to make happen once every month at Springest HQ in Berlin.
What will happen during this meetup? Besides drinking, chatting and snacking, we'll host 3 short talks on the topic of Holacracy & self-organization in practice. Talks will be held by:
- Matt Hallmann (Country Lead Springest.de): how do you build/grow an organisation with Holacracy? How does hiring and firing work? Contracts and salaries? Recruiting?
- Frank van de Koppel (Brand & Content Marketer): how does onboarding in Holacracy work? Getting a job at a Hola company? How are the first weeks?
- Pascal Werner (Mimi.io): experience with implementing Holacracy in an organisation.
We're filling the spots, so let me know if you wanna do a talk or hear something specific!
