Dealing with the Unknown
Details
With self-organization, we build the capacity to change on a daily basis. To evolve the organization's capacity to fulfill its purpose.
Too much uncertainty can stagnate the process of adaptation with incremental changes. Indicators of this are, for instance, when roles don't process their tensions anymore or hardly any governance proposals are being done.
When we - humans - are dealing with high uncertainty and lots of changes, we need something to hold on to like a structure, experiences from the past, or a team of colleagues that you trust. Something we can depend on and give us some stability. Even if that means that we no longer face reality.
On February 24th we want to explore with you how your team deals with uncertainty: what behavior is driving and what is restraining to keep moving forward and process tensions, even when you simply don't know what will happen next.
Erik Slotboom, seasoned self-organization coach, will facilitate this exploration.
