Holistic and Spiritual Transitions 3 day Perfect Health Workshop

A complete three day series that heals and nourishes the body, mind and spirit. Each workshop offers holistic and spiritual solutions to everything from combatting chronic illness to achieving financial and emotional freedom and fulfillment. Participants will learn tools and techniques that they can immediately use to cultivate physical health and emotional wellbeing in their everyday lives. Each workshop will close with a sound meditation. Meditation is a simple yet powerful tool that will take you to a state of profound relaxation, dissolve fatigue and accumulated stress, and renew your creativity and passion for life. By its very nature, meditation calms the mind, and when the mind is in a state of restful awareness, the body relaxes, too. Numerous studies have shown that regular meditation practice can improve your mental and physical health including:
