Qi means energy. It’s your life-force energy. When Qi flows through you, the natural result is health and longevity. QiGong helps you increase the flow of Qi through your body. QiGong is mindfulness in motion. The movements are down slowly, with intention and awareness. In this 45 minute onlie live class, you will experience good energy circulation and better breathing, to connect with your vitality and inner peace.
I was was an office worker and now a yoga taichi instructor. Having had experience sitting for long hours in front of computer, I am looking forward to sharing simple taichi and meditation exercises that can help you to reset and recharge your day.

About this instructor: Julia Chung PhD, PCC, is a professional certified coach with International Coach Federation (ICF), Sedona Health Coaching and ADD Coach Academy. Currently she’s the center manager and head instructor of Body & Brain Center at Mt Prospect, IL. She worked as a statistician in corporate America for over 10 years, prior to devoting her life to coaching and holistic healing. Julia is passionate in sharing mindfulness with people in corporations who feel the need to reconnect with themselves to create a more purposeful work and personal life.

Tai Chi exercises emphasize energy circulation, breathing and balance, along with mindfulness and concentration. You can practice these exercises while standing, seated or even while lying down. Over time, by practicing Tai Chi you can develop a heightened awareness of your own energy. Many people report feeling physically stronger and lighter, with emotions more calm and mind more clear.

An aura is an image of your current energy condition represented by different colors. The colors in an aura reading can reveal your body-mind balance, stress and vitality.
Join us for an aura reading with a biofeedback machine, with a private coaching session. We will talk about your energy balance and colors and give you advice how to improve your condition and what you need to work on.
