Let's get together and talk about all things healthy, healing, gives-ya-the-chills good! This group will offer monthly events on holistic healing through whole food and lifestyle changes. The group's goal is to provide a space to share the knowledge and tools needed to protect and heal yourself from illness and discomfort, all while integrating healthy foods and wellness habits into your life with ease. We will discuss easy ways to eat healthy, try fabulous new healing recipes, and team together in prioritizing our health as #1, even amidst our crazy, busy lives!
