This is a group for those interested in their own personal development and self empowerment through various holistic methods in order to achieve overall well-being. We will also work on developing life balance in all areas of life: spiritually, emotionally, physically, and emotionally with the love and support of other like-minded individuals. Meet ups will take place at the Zen Den at Mona's or at the Holistic Health and Healing Center in Myrtle Beach

This guided meditation will help to deepen our experience of the present moment through a body, heart and mind scan. Learn to relax more fully into the beauty of the Now and sense the ever-present life force that is always moving through and around us. Letting go of stress in body, heart and mind, we open up to self-compassion and calm so we can move through our life with steadiness and a loving presence. No previous meditation experience is necessary.

Meditating on Universal Truth

Every 1st Saturday of the month we will meditate on and receive more understanding and depth of what is Universal Truth. In the beginning of class, we will have discussions and finish with a guided meditation. All levels welcome. $5 love offering is greatly appreciated for materials
