Holotropic breathwork is one of the most powerful and deepest spiritual tools available for humanity today. Discovered by Stan and Christina Grof, the pioneers of transpersonal psychology, this approach offers an opportunity for - Self-exploration, - Healing old traumas of body and psyche, - Releasing energetic blocks, - Breaking through life crisis, - Connecting with your intuition and wisdom, - Transforming habitual life patterns, - Opening up to transpersonal realms and creativity. The key principle of Holotropic Breathwork is to trust the Inner Healer activated inside of us in non-ordinary state of consciousness. Every person has their own healing process with the content and quality unique for this particular moment. Holotropic setting, evocative music, experienced facilitators, loving and supportive field help us to open the door and initiate the process. The journey begins! Bon Voyage!
The breath is the most powerful link between the conscious and the unconscious.
Join breathwork facilitator Amy Burrell for a 2 day breathwork practice of journeying into expanded states of awareness and self-discovery in a safe, supportive setting.
Experience how active breath combined with evocative music and creative expression can lead to an inward journey of deep healing.
Breathwork practice is a way to open fully to what is already within ourselves and that is wanting to be explored, whether it is something that needs to be known and healed, or a deep insight or a feeling to be expressed. In this practice you connect with your own inner healing wisdom and learn to listen and trust yourself more. You can release energetic blockages, receive your own answers to questions you might have and become more empowered.
The workshop will be divided into 2 sessions, one on Saturday and one on Sunday. You will be working in dyads, where one participant breathes for a full 3hr session and then "sits" for the following session. At the end of each session breathers will have time to draw a mandala and/or journal as a part of integrating the journeys and share with the group what feels meaningful and comfortable.
Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring a pillow, blanket, eyeshades, earplugs (if sensitive to loud music), covered water bottle, journal (or something to write in) and an object to add to the altar (if you would like to).
