Sifu Lawrence Monsalud will host a one off workshop promoting physical activity as an ideal tool to maintain a fit, strong and healthy mind.

Having a healthy mind not only serves you well as you enter into older age, it helps you deal with stresses and strains even from early childhood.

By learning about yourself through physical movement, by expressing yourself confidently and by maintaining a healthy body, you will experience a profoundly positive affect on your happiness, social interactions, energy levels, drive and more!

Wing Chun serves as a fantastic tool to develop a good foundation of body balance which gives space for you to explore your mind, focus and concentration.
