This group is created for all Hoopers, Future Hoopers, or the Hoop curious to come together, learn, play, and explore the flow of HoopDance.

HoopDance or ‘Hooping’ is a low impact, full body aerobic exercise that with regular practice and play:
- Burns up to 7 calories a minute
- Works over 30 core muscles
- Releases tension in the lower spine improving blood flow
- Promotes Balance & Posture
