Horry County REIA - Handley's Pub

Hey everyone. Our next meeting is Tuesday, May 3rd at 6 pm. We will be meeting at Handley's Pub on Rene Drive near 501 and Carolina Forest Blvd. We will be in the enclosed outdoor section (the space is heated and comfortable). One of our members had a good idea about comparing how each of us analyzes deals. So if you have a deal (real or pretend) bring it to the table so we can analyze it together and compare notes.
