We will be joining Houston Outdoors (https://www.meetup.com/HoustonOutdoorsGroup/events/236266098/) on a hike along the Columbia Tap Trail. This is a rails-to-trails project so it is practically flat the whole way over a mostly paved path. The trail has very little shade and the springtime sun is getting more intense, so be prepared for sun cover with a hat and clothing or sunscreen.

Optional after hike event: Barnaby's Cafe (http://barnabyscafe.com/) at 1801 Binz.

Barnaby's is about three blocks from the hike start and the parking is tight, so we'll just stop there on the way back.
