What we're about

This group is for you if YOU are interested in living a healthier lifestyle by learning new things and staying active. Come and enjoy yourself and connect with like like minded people. We want to create a space where we share our experiences and learn from one another while having a good time. If you have a goal in mind please share and we’ll be there to support each other. Looking forward to exploring new adventures with everybody.

If you have any activities or topics that you would like to share or learn about, please suggest them to the group leader. We hope to include both adult activities, as well as family friendly activities.
