Many condo owners have very little information about how to take care of their condo unit. While the condo management will take care of some parts, there are things that you as a condo owner need to be aware of and maintain. The condo is your investment, whether you are a landlord or live in the unit, and protecting it’s condition is like managing your portfolio. Learn tips from an experienced condo inspector on what to look for and how to test things.
You can receive a free inspection and verbal report of your condo unit if our company can visit your condo for an hour to two with small groups of real estate professionals who are learning about condo inspections.
Join us for on-line discussion and tips and to learn more about the free inspection.
Let me walk you through your condo, inspecting it's condition and explaining maintenance and tips for inspecting it yourself. You and I will co-ordinate a time and date that works for the two of us, then I will invite some real estate professionals (number to be agreed on between us), to also make it into a demonstration for them. We will use an infra red camera to check for things like leaks. Your address will only be given to those that RSVP. At the end we will provide a short verbal summary, and there will be Q&A by the group as needed. I would suggest a time window of 2 hours for a high rise unit. RSVP to this meetup then we can arrange a date.
