Self-Care + Startup: Entrepreneur Panel on Mindfulness

Details

Starters!

As entrepreneurs, we're always looking to grow our businesses. We work really hard on them, often to the point where we forget to take time off for ourselves. Being productive in our business is very important but what happens if you were to get sick and couldn't work? Our health is our greatest asset that is taken for granted too often. Whether it's our physical or mental health, our personal health often becomes secondary to our business. But why work grueling hours, only to get sick and have to take time off anyway? How can you operate at full potential when you're running on empty?

Timothy Gay Bio: Timothy is the founder of The Infinite Transition. After suffering for many years from suicidal depression, Timothy encountered the energy modality ThetaHealing®, which he used to help him recover from depression. After his recovery, he dedicated his life to helping other people heal and recover from their own mental health challenges, emotional traumas, and more. Using subconscious belief and introspective work, Timothy works with people to heal and recover at a core level, which results in a more complete healing. Timothy is a champion of self-care and promotes self-care practices through his workshops, public talks, and meditations.
